OUR SERVICE & REPAIRS COMMITMENT
We will service in-warranty and out-of-warranty products including Mack extended warranty products. Our service team will do everything they can to get your gear back to you as quickly as possible from our in-house technicians or from our subcontracted factory service centre.
Evaluation and estimate may take 2-5 days when product is out of warranty. Our average repair turnaround time is normally between 2-4 weeks from the time of warranty validation or estimate approval.
