The item I want to order is not in stock in the location where I want to pick up. (transfer between stores)

There is no cost for internal store transfers, however, this option does take more time, and can only be done if there is stock that is not allocated to another order that is available for transfer.  

Please note:  Transfers are picked up from store locations from Monday to Friday (business days), as our carriers do not pick up from our locations on the weekends or on statutory holidays.

Transfers between provinces takes a few days longer than transfers within provinces.  We do our best to transfer product from the closest location (stock pending).
