What are the payment options available for my repair?
Option 1: In-person counter payment
- Upon pick up, you may provide payment over the counter terminal. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit, and Cash.
Option 2: Online payment
- After the repair is finalized, you will be notified by email about the repair completion. On demand, you can ask for an Online Payment Request by email to settle the balance remotely. This Online Payment Request will detail the cost of your repair, any initial balance that you have already paid, and the courier fees for returning your item. We accept Mastercard and Visa. You can process the payment even outside of our business hours.
Payment is required prior to return the equipment in person or by shipping.
