What is a special order item?

A special order item is an item that Vistek does not stock.  As a courtesy to our customers we do make these products available, however that means, the ETA can be longer than expected.  Vistek orders the product after we receive an order from a customer.  As a result:

Special order items are Not returnable and Final Sale:

Yes, unfortunately it would not be returnable if it doesn’t work for your setup. It’s considered a final sale because it’s a special order item, we don’t stock it regularly and would be ordering it in specifically for you.

How long will it take to get a special order item in (ETA for special order items):

Unfortunately we don't have an ETA for this specific item, however, special order items usually take around 3-6 weeks to arrive at Vistek. Once the order is placed we get the ETA from the supplier, and it would depend whether or not it is in stock at the supplier and how quickly they can ship to us.

Special order Item Stock Confirmation:

We don't have stock of this item as it is a Special Order. This means we do not stock it but can order it in specifically for you from the manufacturer. Special order items are final sale and usually take around 3-6 weeks to arrive at Vistek.
