When will I receive my refund for my online web sales return after returning my purchase to the retail store?

Within the 14-day return period, you have the option to return your purchase to one of our retail stores if the product is in brand new unopened and unused condition - or it can be returned after a Pre-Authorized Sales Return Order has been confirmed by our Web Sales Team.

Online purchases that qualify for a refund or return must be first inspected and approved by our Service Department. This process will typically take 1-2 business days. Once the product is inspected, it will be determined if a restock fee will apply and a Web Sales representative will contact you to confirm with you the refund amount.  

Once you reply and confirm, the refund will be issued. All online purchases can only be refunded onto the original purchasing payment method. Unfortunately we cannot process online purchase refund over the counter at the retail store level.

The timing of the refund is dependent on your payment processor processing time. This payment processing time is determined by your bank. Usually, this takes about 3 to 5 business days, but this may vary.  It could take a few days for these funds to show up on your card statement, although this will depend on your card provider.
